Introduction

Understand the route before you use it.

This page provides a calm overview of the main public milestones for employee sickness and reintegration in the Netherlands. It shows who acts when, which document may be created and how every step traces back to UWV information.

Use the route for orientation and as a foundation for a Bloeiindex Flow. For a real situation, the official UWV source, applicable legislation and professional judgement remain authoritative.

What happens when?

Ten relative moments from the initial report to around week 104.

Who is responsible?

Employee, employer, occupational-health professional and UWV each keep a clear role.

What should be visible?

Agreements, reviews and possible documents stay connected to the right step.

Practical tips

Use the route with care.

A good template becomes useful when roles, context and review moments remain clear.

01

Start with one clear start date

A Bloeiindex Flow can plan milestones relatively. The personal date belongs only in the protected execution environment.

02

Do not record medical details

Academy describes process knowledge. Medical information stays with authorised health and occupational professionals.

03

Review every handover

Check who owns the next step, which information is needed and what does not need to be shared.

04

Always check the current source

Timelines, exceptions and forms can change. UWV remains authoritative for current requirements.

Academy API

From template to product.

The API returns only non-personal knowledge records, versions and source relationships.
