Bloeiindex collects evidence
Learners complete work cards, register hours, upload photos and documents, receive supervisor feedback and build a verified personal dossier.
A Practice Credential is generated
Both sources are combined into a structured credential: what was expected (Open EYou) and what was actually done and verified (Bloeiindex).

What data goes into a credential
A Practice Credential combines structured learning data from Open EYou with verified execution data from the Bloeiindex.
Credential types
A Practice Credential can take several forms depending on context, country and purpose. Open EYou provides the underlying structure that supports all of them.
Praktijkverklaring
A formal Dutch instrument that recognises prior practical experience. Based on demonstrated competences, not formal study.
European Micro-credentials
Small, stackable units of learning with defined outcomes, assessment and credit. Increasingly recognised across EU member states.
European Digital Credentials for Learning
Machine-readable, tamper-proof digital credentials following the Europass standard. Verifiable by employers and institutions.
Open EYou Practice Credential
A structured credential generated directly from Open EYou routes and Bloeiindex dossiers. Transparent, portable and open.
Important: A Practice Credential does not replace official diplomas, formal qualifications, or legal recognition procedures. It is a structured proof of practical competence that can support — but not substitute — official certification processes.
