Practice Credential

From practical skills to a Practice Credential

Turn work cards, evidence, hours and supervisor validation into a clear proof of what someone can do.

Open EYou shows what someone needs to learn. The Bloeiindex proves what someone has done.

How it works

Three steps from ESCO skills to a verified credential.

Step 1

Open EYou defines the route

Occupations, skills, learning routes, work card templates, checklist steps and evidence requirements โ€” all structured and validated by subject experts.

Step 2

Bloeiindex collects evidence

Learners complete work cards, register hours, upload photos and documents, receive supervisor feedback and build a verified personal dossier.

Step 3

A Practice Credential is generated

Both sources are combined into a structured credential: what was expected (Open EYou) and what was actually done and verified (Bloeiindex).

Personal data โ€” progress, evidence, hours and practice declarations โ€” is never stored in Open EYou.

What data goes into a credential

A Practice Credential combines structured learning data from Open EYou with verified execution data from the Bloeiindex.

Credential types

A Practice Credential can take several forms depending on context, country and purpose. Open EYou provides the underlying structure that supports all of them.

Dutch practice declaration

Praktijkverklaring

A formal Dutch instrument that recognises prior practical experience. Based on demonstrated competences, not formal study.

EU framework

European Micro-credentials

Small, stackable units of learning with defined outcomes, assessment and credit. Increasingly recognised across EU member states.

๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ
EDCL / Europass

European Digital Credentials for Learning

Machine-readable, tamper-proof digital credentials following the Europass standard. Verifiable by employers and institutions.

Open EYou Practice Credential

A structured credential generated directly from Open EYou routes and Bloeiindex dossiers. Transparent, portable and open.

Important: A Practice Credential does not replace official diplomas, formal qualifications, or legal recognition procedures. It is a structured proof of practical competence that can support โ€” but not substitute โ€” official certification processes.

Per-occupation credential structure

Every occupation in Open EYou comes with a built-in credential structure. You can generate a Practice Credential template directly from any occupation page.

The credential structure is generated from Open EYou data only. Personal completion data lives in the Bloeiindex.
